Job profile

For our customer Neobiotech we are searching for a Junior Accountmanager who speaks fluently French.

Neobiotech just started in the Netherlands and is setting up its business, supported by a solid and well-funded parent. They have a strong presents in Asia and the US and are expanding in Europe.
From their Rotterdam office they are servicing the European market and are looking for a strong Junior Account Manger.

Are you a sales person who likes working in a startup environment and are you looking for a challenging role? You will be working closely with the CEO to set up the European organization and will be responsible for sales in with a focus on France.

You will be one of the first to join the team, this is challenging but also provide you a huge potential to develop and grow with the company.

Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Develop new sales channel (Directly to dental Clinics & Dental Products Suppliers in Benelux, UK, Germany, France, Scandinavia, etc.)
  • Analyze business trends, develop and execute territory business plan
  • Coordinate and conduct sales meetings and product training sessions with customers, internally and externally
  • Regularly review planned activity, actual activity, area plans, field visits, business expenses as and when required
  • You will take part in setting up the structure and organization for Neobiotech in Europe
  • Ensure a culture of commercial awareness and relationship management is shared within the team
  • Can articulate job role, personal targets including sales targets, KPI targets with a current knowledge of position against target
  • Promotes high performance, innovation and continual improvement

About NeoBiotech

Neobiotech carries a 15 years history as a Korean dental implant manufacturer. They have innovative products and concepts. The products are high technical and quality products which are sold in Asia and the US and are of August this year they are establishing their business in Europe.

Knowledge & Experience

  • Commercial education minimum at Bachelor degree Level
  • 1 or 2 years of Sales and or Marketing Experience in any industry
  • Fluent in French and full professional in English and or Dutch
  • Must hold driving license
  • Ability to work individually and within a highly collaborative team environment
  • High level interpersonal and presentation skills – ability to manage internal and external relations
  • Enthusiastic, efficient and highly organized – desire to constantly improve efficiencies and customer focus
  • Structured and clear thinker – ability to priorities a demanding workload through business planning and territory management
